Let’s consider improving student learning by offering a unique (and eclectic) university experience by engaging students to become part of teams that support the university’s operations and initiatives. This would be qualitatively different than our typical UBC work-learn programs, in that it is team-based, multi-year, institutional, comprehensive, and integrated across the entire university. A similar program is in place at Warren Wilson College.
