Operations & Advising

Communications & Engagement, Human Resources, and Safety & Risk Services

  • Updated health protection program documents: Safety & Risk Services recently updated Policies I-B-44 Respiratory Protection and I-B-54 Hearing Conservation. Follow the links to review the updated documents.
  • Onboarding Status Summary report in Workday: Managers are reminded and encouraged to run the Onboarding Status Summary report in Workday to view status reports for new hires and ensure they have completed all tasks. Review the requirements for new hires
  • Find your VPFO software logins more easily: Our portfolio website has added a new drop-down menu on the far-righthand side. You’ll find quick links to Envisio, Planon and Workday’s CWL login links. We’ll be testing traffic on this enhancement with an eye to adding it to our other VPFO sites to improve convenience for all of our staff users.
  • Keeping it simple works when it comes to communication: Sometimes we find ourselves using big words to sound like we really know what we’re doing. But experience and research show that while keeping it simple is harder, it can make things easier for your audience to understand and help them to help you.
