Jocelyn Bissett joins as Administrative Assistant to the VPFO

We are thrilled to announce that Jocelyn Bissett will be joining the VPFO Admin Team starting March 2, 2026, as an Administrative Assistant to the VPFO. She will primarily support the VPFO calendar and administrative tasks, working closely with the Executive Assistant to Frank. 

Jocelyn brings over 20 years of experience in professional environments, beginning in the mining industry and later gaining experience in healthcare. Beyond her professional life, she has been a dedicated volunteer for 15 years with the Vancouver Rabbit Rescue & Advocacy. She shares her home with two beloved bunnies, Crackle and Roo, enjoys reading and watching science fiction and fantasy, and loves catching up with friends over coffee.
