As we approach the end of the year, I want to reflect on everything we have accomplished together. This year brought challenges, growth, and meaningful progress across Finance and Operations. Each of you has played a vital role in lifting our work beyond expectations and helping set a standard of excellence for the university.

Your dedication, creativity, and resilience have been the foundation of our success. Whether navigating complex projects to supporting day-to-day operations, your contributions have made a real difference. It is because of your teamwork and commitment that we continue to move forward with confidence and purpose. The holiday season is a time to pause, celebrate, and recharge. I hope you find moments of joy and peace with family and friends and take pride in all that you have accomplished this year. Looking ahead, we have exciting opportunities on the horizon, and I am confident that together we will continue to achieve great things.
