Welcome Raul Delgado, Workday Security and Access Manager, Finance & Integrated Services

Raul brings over two decades of experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on enterprise applications across their full lifecycle—from selection and implementation to integration, customization, and ongoing support. Throughout his career, Raul has held leadership roles in local apparel retail and property management companies, where he managed the security, configuration, integrations, upgrades, licensing, and support of a wide range of corporate systems, including ERP platforms.

In his new role, Raul will focus in safeguarding UBC’s data within Workday by ensuring that its security framework remains robust, compliant, and adaptable to the evolving needs of UBC.

Outside of work, Raul enjoys traveling and staying active.
