As one of the top research universities in the world, it is important that UBC create and maintain physical and digital spaces to further academic missions while inspiring those that use them, and that all new buildings must first be approved by the UBC Board.

Outcome

To ensure our physical and digital spaces further the university’s academic mission and inspire those that use them.

Target

By Q4 FY21 (April 2021), achieve the advancement for two academic building capital priority projects (Biomedical and Gateway) for Board 1 approval.
