Realigning key functions and supporting priorities within VPFO

As part of our ongoing work to strengthen alignment across the VPFO portfolio, Human Resources and Communications will now report to Nicole Liddell in her role as Managing Director, Strategy, Planning & Performance. This realignment brings together key enabling functions under a more integrated structure to better support coordination across people, communications, and execution priorities. 

In addition to her leadership of Human Resources and Communications, Nicole will lead initiatives to enhance portfolio-wide collaboration and integration, ensuring that priorities are aligned, decision-making is well-informed, and progress against key initiatives is effectively coordinated and tracked. 

We will also be forming a new team within Leena Mahasen’s Transformation & Strategy team to support ongoing Finance Transformation and Budget Reimagination efforts. This new team will be led by an Associate Director, Decision Support, and supported by a Senior Manager, Strategic Enablement & Portfolio Integration and Finance Modernization Implementation Manager.
