Managing Director, Strategy, Planning & Performance

Nicole serves as a key advisor and integrator across the VPFO, supporting the delivery of our shared priorities while advancing a culture of accountability and collaboration. She will help drive operational effectiveness, service excellence, and institutional alignment, while providing strategic leadership to strengthen overall cohesion across the portfolio. This role will integrate our HR, Communications, Change Management, and Strategic/Performance Planning functions under a single unit to better align strategy, people, and execution.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in strategy, planning, operations, people systems, and organizational effectiveness across complex organizations, Nicole brings deep expertise in translating strategic vision into actionable plans that strengthen operational integration, service quality, and organizational accountability. Nicole is an ICF-certified coach and experienced change leader, joining us from InvestX Capital, where she served as Executive Vice President of People, Culture & Operations. In that role, she oversaw a broad portfolio, including strategic planning and enterprise goal-setting, technology and security, investment operations, and facilities. Prior to InvestX Capital, Nicole was Vice President, Operations at BCSA (formally RECBC), where she served as the executive lead for HR, technology, communications, analytics, strategic planning, risk, procurement, and facilities.

Across her career, she has held senior roles and served as a trusted advisor to executive teams, playing a key part in strengthening operational integration and building organizational readiness for continuous improvement and transformation.
