Changes to UBC’s COVID-19 Rapid Testing Program
As of March 1, 2022, UBC’s required COVID-19 Mandatory Rapid Testing Program has concluded. Proof of vaccination declarations are only required for the purposes of compliance with Provincial Health Orders.

T2200S Forms Are Now Available for Faculty and Staff
T2200S forms are now available for UBC faculty and staff in Workday. Full information about both options, including how to access the forms, is available on the UBC Finance website.
T4/T4A Tax Slips Are Now Available for Faculty and Staff
UBC faculty and staff can now access their payroll-related 2021 T4 and T4A tax slips for personal income tax returns through Workday. Full information, including how to access the tax slips and request support, is available on the UBC Finance website
New sanctions imposed against Russia in response to the unpredictable situation in Ukraine
Following the development in Ukraine, Canada is imposing new sanctions or expanding existing sanctions in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, effective immediately.
