Holly Shepherd has been promoted to Director, Treasury with overall responsibility for overseeing tax, contracts, leases & licences, housing loans, payment card industry compliance, service levy and Treasury Accounting.
Holly joined UBC in July 2020 as Tax Manager and rapidly established herself as our resident tax expert and an invaluable resource across the larger finance community. She received her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in Australia while articling at Ernst & Young in Perth.
Outside of work you’ll find Holly hiking in the mountains, cycling, and tending to her plants. She is also an avid skier and attempts to play the guitar in her spare time.
