Connection and Collaboration in the VPFO

Hello all, and happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone enjoyed an excellent long weekend, hopefully gathering with friends and family to enjoy each other’s company and share a big meal. As an Italian and a bit of a foodie, I see so much value in both good food and good company! 

Gathering together is essential to create the foundation of trust and support we all need. In the VPFO, when we come together, we support collaboration and strengthen culture across our entire portfolio. 

After a series of careful and thoughtful discussions with the Senior Leadership Team, we’ve decided to make a change to increase the time we spend together in person. Our work model for those with a hybrid work arrangement will shift by one day, to three days in-person, to two days off-site each week. Your managers will be reaching out to talk about what the transition could look like for you and your teams. We’ll all need a chance to adjust, so we’ve planned several months of transition time. This change will come into effect on January 2, 2024.   

I’m looking forward to seeing more of the entire team as we continue to explore how we can build a positive, engaging culture.
