KPI 2.3: Implement the Integrated Service Centre (ISC)

As part of the IRP Program, Integrated Service Centre (ISC) is a new department within the VPFO portfolio focused on sustaining and enhancing Workday, in conjunction with HR, Finance and Enrollment Services to provide user support to UBC students, faculty and staff.

Outcome

To ensure the right tools are properly embedded in place so that the system continues to provide value into the future.

Targets

In collaboration with UBC IT, the VPAO, the VPFO, and Faculty:

Phase 1: By Q1 FY21 (Jun 2020), achieve the development of the ISC model endorsed by UBC Executives to sustain WorkDay post implementation.

Phase 2: By Q3 FY21 (Nov 2020), achieve implementation of the ISC road map developed and executed so that this sustainment organization is ready for WorkDay go-live.

Deliver on Systems Renewal

To operate effectively, it’s essential to have the right tools in place. Delivering on our System Renewal Program will ensure we’re providing UBC with the systems it needs to succeed. Once the right tools are in place it’s equally important to properly embed them, so that they continue to provide value into the future.
