This week team members across Financial Operations & Integrated Services gathered on the fifth floor of Technology Enterprise Facility (TEF) 3 to connect and share their favourite recipes that they picked up during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, with a wide selection ranging from homemade bagels to truffle pasta to matcha cookies!
Bryan Antenor, Customer Support Manager in Financial Operations, started organizing monthly themed potlucks for the Customer Support team to connect as they transitioned back to in-person work. Now it has expanded to an event highly anticipated by team members and partners across the VPFO.
“Food brings people together,” explains Bryan. “Connecting over potlucks, having a few good laughs and participating in highly competitive Mario Kart Switch tournaments are just some of the simple yet effective ways we keep a high-performing team motivated while creating a collaborative space.”
